      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i was also a M5 user and i replaced phone 3 times and replaced my motherboard last time and now its gone after a getting caught with a little rain. and service center refuses my warranty now..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i think its &amp;nbsp;a issue with replacing the waterproofing seal and after ths i started discouraging people from buying sony &amp;nbsp;products 2015 onwards. i think you should take back all the M5 devices and recycle them and make it work properly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/250935"&gt;@kaveenme&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that, but that's something that you will have to address with&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;dialcom.lk, you should request proof that they were repaired by Sony and not somewhere else, you could contact Sony HK and they should be able to tell you if your phone was repaired by them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
