The touchsreen is not working properly

Hey!

This morning, after downloading some app from the play store, the bottom of the touchscreen stopped working.

After some complete reset via the mobile (factory setting) and the computer (with pc companion), it seems like it doesn't work only when the home button appear.

I tried the diagnostic tool (on settings/about phones) and all the screen is working.

Even when the mobile is locked I can access the google now button and the camera button.

So, I fell like it was a virus, even if 3 resetting was made... So I tried antivirus and antimalware like avast and Malwarebytes.

Did anyone have an idea?

My phone is not protected by the warrantly now 😕

Sometimes the home button work properly but only 2 or 3 times.

Please downgrade to kitkat 4.4.4

Ok it was quite easy to downgrade but it sill doesn't work.

It's really weird, the bottom of the screen work when there is no home button (like in the first tutorial of the mobile) but when this button appear it doesn't work anymore... 😕
