Hi Emir I have that disabled already, I have also tried the diagnostic tool which does pass?! Think it is a little strange how it doesn't alter on the slider bar?!

i am having an issue with the slider bar when it comes to setting my brightness level. I have noticed lately that whenever I use the phone the screen brightness changes constantly from dark to light. The slider is set to maximum but I noticed that from 65% to 100% it doesn't change the brightness level. I am running Android 6.1 so there is no automatic brightness. Please can someone help as I am going spare!!

Hi @Mark30,

I just checked in an Xperia Z3+ running Android version 6.0.1 and from what I can see Adaptive Brightness is available. You can find the setting under Settings > Display > Adaptive Brightness, try disabling it to see if you experience any difference.

That sounds strange, could you try to see if the same occurs in safe mode?
