Customised ringtone does not work after update

Default ringtone or common ringtone only plays and customised ones doesnt. This happens after lollipop update. Please this becomes annoying. Please say me a suggestion to solve it. Sony Xperia T2 ultra

Do you mean that a ringtone saved for a specific contact does not work? As previously asked in this thread, is the ringtone stored internally or on an SD-card?
