I wanted to see if anybody was facing the same issues before I take it to the service center coz our service center (only one authorized by Sony in my area) brings only bad experiences. I use Sony for many years, I'm at the 5th model and whenever I had problems with any device, nothing was solved, all was treated as "normal".

Since yesterday I got myself with a sparkling dot on my screen. Sparkling and not dark (as in dead pixel). It is not visible if you look straight at the screen, but only if you look at an angle of at least 5 degrees and it is not visible on dark screen (using screen test).
Another issue is that the back cover does not stay properly (it is a little bit "detached") in 2 areas: headphones jack and speaker/mic area. Also on the back cover I have another 3-4 areas that have bumps coming from inside, as if the cover is pressing on some components and they leave a mark on the surface.
When I watch the screen in a dark area, on the left and right sides I can see the light of the screen between body and screen.

Anybody experienced any of these problems?
I think it's time to replace my phone. After 1 and1/2 month of use, too many problems.

i suggest that you get your examined at an authorised service center. You can contact your Local support team for information on where to find one and how to proceed with this.

Hi Roadrunny76,

I can understand that this may be quite frustrating, however based on your claims this really needs to be checked by a service agent, the back of the device should not be detached or close to it in any way.

Whilst I appreciate the concern about the service agent, you are best to raise any issues or issues experienced with the service agent directly with Customer Care in your region.
