Hey guys,

So I got a brand new X Performance today. Everything seemed great until I played a video on YouTube and noticed the sound balance was off. The top speaker is definitely louder than the bottom on at full volume, so when watching videos in landscape the left (or right) side sounds louder. I tried blocking both one at a time and the bottom one definitely sounds muffled (like listening through a cloth). Changing the sound settings didn't help.

Do you reckon I should make use of my warranty?

Z5 had audio optimisation for the first day or so and then it balanced out as it was finished.
Run it for a day just to make sure it's not just the same situation.
