Sony explore not working

My Sony explore isn't working, when I open it, it loads non stop, so I tried tapping on one of the options (I.e. Store) thinking that maybe it would open but suddenly a stared notification pops up with all this signs. What can I do?

Welcome to the community,

Try clearing the data of the App.

Menu > Settings > Apps > Sony Explore > Clear Data

Let us know how you get on.
