Hello,

I have Xperia C3 and the power/lock button is not functioning. I mean I cannot lock my phone and open my phone oh and also can't screenshot. Whenever I have a message or about to use my phone and if it is at sleep after its minute of inactivity, I have to press the camera button and it really takes time. I already called the customer service and they adviced me to shut it down using the restart button at the simcard area. Also factory set my phone and still it is not functioning. Oh I need your help badly. This one is stressing me out! Hope to hear form you

Hi @Niksnats,

I am sorry to hear that.

I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to have your device sent to an authorized service center. It sounds like it may be hardware related if a factory reset had no affect on the functionality.
