Smart lock between phone and tablet not working (bluetooth will not connect)

I have successfully paired phone (z1 compact) and tablet (z4) but getting them "connected" fails silently. It just says "Connecting..." and then gives up a second later (no error message).

Because of this (I believe) I am not able to set up Bluetooth smart lock between the devices.

PS. The tablet connects successfully to all other devices (and smart lock setup succeeds) and so does the phone.

remove the pairing from each devices, restart and then re pair again,.

try to this on safe mode

Hi @jkarlsso,

So both devices pair correctly to other devices, but can't keep an active connection to one another? In this case I first recommend that you try what @nolramlb mentioned and let me know how it behaves afterwards.
