Waterproofing flap won't close properly

These flaps are useless, seems the one covering the USB charging port keeps raising a bit tried to keep on down but to no avail, the other is perfectly flush is still covered by warranty and is insured does this need a fix because now can't trust it around water or dust.

Contact your Local support, this is my opinion so don't quote me on that, I don't think the warranty cover this, since it's wear and tear.

I am sorry to hear that.

Just like @uliwooly mentioned, I can only refer you to have your device sent to an authorized service center since it's hardware related.

Unfortunately it's not possible to determine whether or not it'll be replaced within warranty until a technician has the possibility to examine your device. All manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty.

Had the same problem and ordered a replacement flap from ebay. It was a matter of removing the old one and inserting the new one using tweezers.
