I think my phone may have a virus, it randomly sends texts to one of my contacts, changes wallpapers and adds free unwanted items to my Amazon account. Have tried running virus checkers but nothing is showing up. Anyone know if it's possible to delete. Software completely and re-install it? I've heard there is a virus that remains on the phone even if it is wiped so need to do something more thn reset. Any ideas? Thanks.

You might have an antivirus or phone cleaner acting up. Boot your device in safe mode and see if the same occurs.
