    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i own a sony ericsson w580i phone. i guess my phone is affected with an virus.2 to 4 icons are created of all my applications and games from my phone and when i try to delete it it shows "operation failed".It happened after i was surfing from my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i master reseted my phone but still all those icons are there on my phone and still i cannot delete it. how can i remove this virus?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i use norton internet security on my laptop but it do not detect any virus when i scaned my phone by connecting it to my laptop through transfer mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can i make my phone work as earlier?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Make sure to make a backup of all necessary files e.g Contacts, messages etc...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
