      <description>&lt;P&gt;Four hours ago the screen froze as I was going to watch a snap. The screen has been frozen since. The phone does not react to me pressing any of the buttons. Also tried removing the SIM-card. The battery was on 93% when it froze. Tried also to charge it. Still no reaction. Now just waiting for it to run out of battery. Planning to return it to the shop where I bought it tomorrow. I have been a faithful customer and only bought Ericsson and later Sony Ericcson phones since for almost two decades. Never had a problem before and am very disappointed now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known problem and do you have a solution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Found at tip in another tread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;"Press power button and volume up at the same time". Did that and it is now restaring.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my XZ premium, i am facing screen blanking (frozen screen) issue when is try to call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but i can return to my home screen after multiple pressess on the HOME button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This doesnt happen very often but whenever this happens, the dialer wont work until unless i restart my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you or any other XZP users faced this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had this issue also in my xperia Z5 dual phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could this be a software issues ? or probably hardware ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I also have this issue today, when my phones is frozen I try to call it still not response after that try to search Google how to troubleshoot this issue the answer shown that I must to press the power button and volume button up simultaneously. Then screen start to appear logo Sony. The question is Why this is happen&amp;nbsp; To xz premium recently.is this normal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
