The telephone app is not working with the update. I can't make and recieve calls, what can I do.

So i have updated to 8.0. Most of the problem with camera is now gone. I did a services test after update and find out my ToF sensor and RGBC-IR sensor don't work anymore. It always display -1 in the value area. The 3D Scanner did not work too, it can't focus on the object, blurring. But the camera app still take focus properly So anyone face the problem like me?

I have not try factory reset.

I did the factory reset, nothing change, same bug. Look like the laser of auto focus not work too. Check it through another phone camera, did not see the laser flashing

The -1 reads definitely indicate there's a problem somewhere, I would contact your Local support if the factory reset and software repair using Xperia Companion have had no success.

I have two Problemes after the update.

Ii have two times that i can´t start the XZP. The Screen still black.

Only Loudness + and Home start it again.

Some Installation from the Play Store download very slow (other mobilephone still quick in the same WLAN) and some doesnt finish. Example Samsung Health, when the Download is finsh the installation didn´t start. To install the App, i have to restart the XZP.

I have the same issue can't make or recieve calls since update. I've cleared data and cache of the phone app and tried in safe mode and still the same problem, any ideas?

I can't save apps or chrome short cuts to the home screen and the Sony digital clock widget won't work either, although the analogue clock will.

I've only had this phone a few months and it's probably the 15th Sony/Sony Ericsson phone I've had and I'm seriously wishing I hadn't bothered and good to Samsung.

Does the guarantee cover this kind of Sony up??
