Then I thought that I should software repair it and maybe that would solve the problem.</P><P>But it didn't. It gave me another problem and now it says on my phone screen that the software repair has failed and that I must connect it to the computer.&nbsp;</P><P>The version I wanted to update from was the Android 6.1.0 to the 7.</P><P>I tried connecting it back to the computer and follow the proceedure&nbsp;but it gives me the same error.
