Please Help

Hi everyone!

So i have received my Xz Premium 2 days ago and I'm having these issues :

1. Static stereo > very annoying sound as if the device was submerged into water and very bad quality compared to my Z5p.

2. The screen is not responsive, sometimes it misses touches.

3. The device has snapdragon 835 so it shouldn't lag while playing games but it lags. My Z5p with sd810 is preforming better than this device which is unreasonable.

4. The image quality doesn't look very sharp. My old Z5P has very sharp pixels and looks very beautiful. There is no X-Reality options only super vivid/professional and standard. The video enhancement is on tho.

I feel like i spent 900$ on nothing, i bought this phone for my brother and i was telling him how sony phones are unique and fast but im very disappointed with sony this time. This might be the last time i make a purchase from Sony even though i used to be a big fan of this company.

So guys lemme know if there is any fix to these issues and thank you.

Do you have a the power saver function enabled? that would be repsonsible for 3 & 4.

my own experince is that the XZP is far superior to the Z5P in every way

Are you sure it's original? I see chinese clone looking 100% like original.

Where did you buy it?
