Since the latests software update I've had a few issues.

Primarily is I can not receive any calls, they divert to voicemail immediately yet I do not have divert activated. I've reset my phone and it still happens.

Do you have call forwarding turned on???

Open the phone app > tap three dots top right corner > settings > calls > call forwarding > voice > is "Always forward" enabled???

If it is then all your calls will be forwarded.

If this is what is happening then disable this feature.

The other three options are optional based on what you want the phone to do in those situations.

I would NOT change the phone number listed in those settings as it is applied by your provider so that the callers being forwarded can type in the number they are trying to reach (ASSUMING IT IS YOURS) and follow the prompts to leave a message or a call back number.

Please remember to KUDO if I was able to help!

Hey!

I have the exact same problem and in contact with support.

Try following: Change your "net" to 3G from 4G. Keep VoLTE enabled. It helped me right away. Still awaiting reply from Sony if it's the carriers issue or software issue.

Hi !

I have some strange things going on with my phone, calls that never reached my phone etc.

But for just now, the text "... diverted..." showd up on my phone. Jumped into calls / setting diversion.

(on 4g) hard time to get the info, selected just 3G/GSM and finally got the info, nothing active was going on. hmmm, called my operator (Tele2) the girl kindly told me that a manual activated diversion was active !!!!!! , what !, I surely didn't do that, and why did'nt it showed up in my settings. Begged her to deactivate it, something really fishy is going with Android 8.0
