New system update doesnt show after refreshing system update application

I downloaded 8.0 for XZ. But in the middle of update download progress, internet connection has a problem so I refresh the system update application and then, update is gone....my phone keeps telling me that I have latest one...Now, I cannot update to 8.0..What it that???...What's that problem?????

Hi, android 8 oreo for XZ is finaly out, i got the Notification to download the update. Somehowe because of a poor and slow WIFI connection speed the download got distracted and stopped 2 times over 850 MB of having it, and i had to start it or resume it again. But after 3rd time of trying the notification to download android 8 is not showing anymore. And i always have this message "your device is running the latest system update" in my system update setting afer 💯 times of refreshing. and still My android version is 7.1.1.

I tried the phone factory reset but nothing happend.

So can anyone knows what the problem is??

@Kasra_Doust @Smz97 guys, you could try this:

1. connect your phone to your PC in order to see if the update is available via Xperia Companion.

2. if 1 fails, try to clear data for software update app under settings - apps and restart your device.

Problem is solved for me

I got the notification 🔔 back again this morning itself.

Maybe the server was down or something.
