Touch sensitive problem

Sony, I got the xz2 and most of the function is fine. But when i play games like Pubg or some games which need to move my finger slowly or tiny moment, the touch screen doesn't work at all, i noticed that many people also got this problem but none can slove this until now, when will u fix this properly????

Thx for your reply, I've tried the Screen Test and all the methods in the support page but it doesn't help. And here is the main discussions of this problem:
