Buenas tardes amigos de Sony.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Mi nombre es Marcelo Pérez y vivo en Santiago de Chile.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Compré hace una semana un celular Sony Xperia XZ Premium color plata.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;A los días de uso detecté que el micrófono dejaba de percibir el sonido, por lo que en dos ocasiones las llamadas telefónicas y las numerosas grabaciones de audio por Whatsapp eran inútiles.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;No se graban. Se registran en silencio.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Tras eso, fui a los 6 días de compra a la tienda Sony del centro comercial Costanera Center.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Pensaba que el error era del equipo, de ese primer Xperia.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Pero no. En el cambio me dieron un teléfono nuevo, el mismo modelo, pero el error persiste.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Ingresé a la configuración de sensibilidad del micrófono, pasé desde la sensibilidad baja a la máxima, pues venía de fábrica la configuración automática.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;El error persiste.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Mi celular no registra audio alguno.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Mi teléfono cuesta 800 dólares y no sirven de nada si el equipo no funciona.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Por favor, necesito que me ayuden a solucionarlo o deberé devolverlo con retorno de mi pago en los siguientes 3 días.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Espero su cooperación.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi.
