Power/lock button not working

Almost every time I press the lock/power button, the snapchat app pops up.

I deleted snapchat because I thought the fault was with that particular app, now when I press the lock button the camera comes on.

This is pretty much every time I lock the phone and also when I try to screenshot!

Open the camera > settings > More > Quick launch > off
