It doesn't matter if it is a wired headset or a Bluetooth headset, I just want to see if that works or not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't have a headset at hand, go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;amp; notifications &amp;gt; App info &amp;gt; tap the three dots in the top right corner &amp;gt; Show system &amp;gt; Audio settings &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear data &amp;gt; OK.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone makes no sounds at all. Doesnt ring, no alarms, no sound from videos, no notifications and can't hear any calls at all help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can find this test in Settings &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; Tests &amp;gt; Loudspeaker / Ear speaker.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also make sure that the volume is not set to 0 for all audio channels in Settings &amp;gt; Sound.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I faced the same issue recently and no sound at all even after I did the sound test. Nothing worked unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
