It takes around 5 minutes for the phone to detect the sim cards. I had done a factory reset which seemed to have solved the issue, but the issue returned after installing the Google dialer, earlier before factory reset I had XZ3 dialer.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Anybody else facing this issue! Just after reboot the phone takes too long to detect the sim cards and networks, if you have a third party dialer/xz3 dialer installed.&nbsp;</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>I have dual sim variant. Phone detects the sim and network immediately if only one sim is inserted in either of the slots. Which means it is not a hardware issue.
