Lost or forgotten pin cannot be undone otherwise than by a software repair with Xperia companion.

Lesson to be learned: keep your backups updated.

Same goes for you Windows or Linux computer.

Hello

My phone switched off on me in the night and since charging it and trying to turn it on my phone does not recognise my pin. It is definitely the correct pin as I have been using it for a year. Is there anything I can do without performing a system reset? Not everything is backed up. I do not have anything that I imagine could interfere with the pin. The only other apps I have that ask for a pin when logging in are banking apps and my work email app (outlook). Could any of these have interfered with it?
