    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have few issues with my mobile. They are as below :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) The proximity sensor does not work properly. I make a call and the screen goes black. Now the screen does not come back on. I have to press or wipe the proximity sensor few times to get the screen to display.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) In order to fix this issue, i tried to take a back up of my mobile and do a software reset. But, taking the backup is not successful. I have updated the software on mobile and laptop. I use a macbook.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because I couldn't take a backup, I am unable to do a software reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, after reading all this, please give me a good solution instead of saying :&lt;BR /&gt;1) try safe mode - i tried and it behaves the same way in safe mode also.&lt;BR /&gt;2) do a software update or factory reset. I can't do it as i cannot take a backup.&lt;BR /&gt;3) can't give to a service center without taking a back up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please give me a solution apart from all these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live in Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
