Hi, i have Sony Xperia xz premium, i care about this cell phone, and i love sony smart phones, 2 months ago i saw in my right side screen one shadow, after that on that side in middle two shadows appear, shadow with orange color around it, this phone doesnt fall in a ground, and dosent be in pressure. I guess the pixels have problem on that side or been weak. Thx

Hi @Mohammad1371, sorry to hear about this.

Are the "spots" always visible, or are they only visible in certain applications/coloured backgrounds? If you can always see them and it looks very similar compared to the pictures that @Keenjau linked, your device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre and your Local support team will assist you further with this matter, so get in touch with them.

Hi @Keenjau, sorry to hear about the screen of your device.

As the device is still in warranty and this is a hardware defect, I would recommend that you send it to service if you haven't done that already so it can be repaired. If you need any assistance with sending it in or if you have any questions regarding service, warranty or consumer laws, please get in touch with your Local support team as they are the experts on your market and will be able to provide a more detailed answer than I can.

Feel free to keep me posted with how everything worked out!

@jonas yes i see them all of time, but in dark background they be pallid, unfortunately i live in iran, and sony doesn't have a local support, unlike other companies, i had sony Xperia sp before, and i had a problem with screen but not like this, maybe i should change my idea about the cell phone, and try other cell phones from another company's. 😒

Hi again @Mohammad1371!

Oh, I see.

Have you tried contacting the retailer that sold you the device and see if they can assist you with having it repaired? I'm afraid that it will be hard for me to do much more when it comes to service, since there are no service centres in Iran, and no specific Local support team there (at least from what I can remember).

An another option for you could be to contact the Local support team in a country close to Iran and see if they have any ideas on how to send the device to service (if it is possible).
