I just got my xperia xv2 compact a couple days ago, and I noticed it has very poor range for bluetooth. I need to keep the phone no more than several inches away from the speaker to not get choppy audio. Has anyone else experiences this? Is there a solution?

I just got the phone a few days ago, so I doubt it was a third party app, and I did a fresh factory install. The first thing I did was upgrade to android pie and do so e system updates. Then Spotify and Nova launcher. Seems to work now!
