After the update to Android 10, a perfect smartphone has become a waste, continuous crashes, slowdowns, low microphone volume, finger print malfunction, and a thousand other problems.

A disaster, now unusable phone for work.

Dopo l'aggiornamento ad android 10 un smartphone perfetto è diventato da buttare, crash continui, rallentamenti, basso volume microfono, malfunzionamento finger print, e mille altri problemi.

Un disastro, ad ora telefono inutilizzabile per attività lavorative.

That's true. The fingerprint unlock simply doesn't work if you try to unlock immediately after locking through the power button.

The UI feels slow, and apps crash regularly.

Please, do something!

Try to Rollback to Android 9 or just get a new phone...

The customer support is literally useless and they barely check these forums..... All your cries will be on deaf ears and a waste of time...

Heck even **bleep**ty Motorola has better customer support

After 3 factory resets and 2 software repairs nothing is changed. Phone bugs, stutters, slows down, continuing crashes. Tomorrow will go and sell this piece of sh*t and going to buy other phone. Farewell and good luck.

On the xperiacheck website I noticed that the updates stopped last Sunday ...... they probably realized that had released an update full of bugs and would have suspended the release.

I hope for a new release without all the problems encountered.

The real problem for sony at this point is communication with users
