Hi @Eliana1, welcome to our forum!

I just want to make sure that I understand the troubles, you have no internet access in the phone when you aren't connected to a Wi-Fi network?

If that is the case, make sure that you have mobile data enabled, either in the quick settings (Drag the status bar downwards with 2 fingers) or go in to Settings > Data usage and enable Mobile data.

If mobile is activated and you still can't use your mobile data you may have to download the settings again. You can do that in Settings > More > Internet settings, agree and wait for the settings to download and install > Restart the phone.
