Hello,

I have a problem and I hope you can help me.

I made several videos yesterday and get the following error messages:

"Video can not be played" or "Video can not be played. Invalid URL"

The videos are all under 3 minutes, less than 350 MB. Even a video with 4 seconds can not be played?!?

All recorded directly via "Camera".

Also in the photos is something wrong. When I go over "Gallery" he shows me the photos, can also look at them, but if I want to send photos then the following happens:

Telegram: in the gallery he does not show the photos, but only the photo symbol. It's just the photos I took in the circus today. All others (from yesterday, etc.) are displayed.

WhatsApp: The error message "The selected file is not a photo"

What is going on ???

can you try to see if this happens on safe mode?

try to clear camera and media storage cache

settings>apps>show system>(app)>clear data, restart your device

also if you recently upgraded your device . try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

check if your sd card is also working fine,
