Xperia 10 soundproblem

When using apps like Youtube, Netflix, watching clips on Facebook etc, the sound is completely mute, NO sound at all, a few times it randomly comes on for a few seconds. Software problems? The phone is two weeks old.. Iv'e tried to restart and have updated the phone ceveral times. Anyone got any tips?

Is your DND Do Not Disturb on?

And you've checked Media Volume vs In-Call Volume is up?
