Sony xperia 10 plus

My Sony Xperia 10 plus screen becomes unresponsive!! Normally just turning the screen off and on sorts it. But it's becoming more frequent and taking longer to respond! How do I solve this? It's updated completely, I've tried putting it in safe mode but the problem persisted. Many thanks

I've already been in touch with Sony. Who gave me some links and updates to do... None of which helped unfortunately 😔

It seems to be a common issue with the 10 plus

Hello.

I have known the problem since the premiere of the phone, I struggled myself with this phone drawback. After I damaged the screen and replaced it with a new problem, it stopped. When dismantling, I noticed that the screen was glued in a way that folded the screen transmission tape. I have improved the assembly and the situation does not appear in the new screen.
