For more than 2 weeks this update wasn't apply to EU Customization. To us Sony Customer Care shamelessly didn't answer and won't help. Last time it took 2 days for the upgrade to be applied now more than 2 weeks.

Someone please write this issue to Sony to speed up this upgrade for EU Customization devices (in our country we delivered many 10II dual with this EU Customization). The 59.1.A.0.485 have serious call recording and sensors issues. With 10 android except camera everything was fine. Now it's worse!

Please help! Thank you!

Ps: To who is using FlashTool or have knowledge about and with latest 0.9.33 version, please let us know why it doesn't work anymore from Android 9+ from factory or upgraded Xperia devices! Thanks in anticipation!

I would suggest that you go to XDA forums for more support on software flashes and modifications.

No one to answer, XperiFirm was canceled, also FlashTool that now is useless!
