      <title>Xperia 10 jus died</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sony phone just died while I was using it and I can't get it to work again.&amp;nbsp; I have tried holding down the volume up and power button - nothing.&amp;nbsp; I tried holding the volume down button - nothing.&amp;nbsp; Anyone have any ideas please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is charged.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Completely dead, get it to the place of purchase for warranty repair (assuming UK user)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or contact Sony service for a direct device assessment and repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
