Xperia 10 jus died

My Sony phone just died while I was using it and I can't get it to work again. I have tried holding down the volume up and power button - nothing. I tried holding the volume down button - nothing. Anyone have any ideas please?

It is charged.

Completely dead, get it to the place of purchase for warranty repair (assuming UK user)

Or contact Sony service for a direct device assessment and repair.
