There is a little piece of metal or other material that sits between the Sims , on my tray I'd noticed that the thin piece of material was slightly out of place, due to my heavy handed approach.

When in properly, both Sims or sim and Sd combination should clip in place and not fall out

Hi Guys,

I use two SIM cards in my handset and would like to add a micro SD card. However, despite fitting them in the holder I'm unable to fit it back into the handset.

Has anyone managed to do this, if so I'd appreciate some tips. Thanks.

You cannot use 2 Sims as well as an SD card.

And I found that sometimes the Sims can sit not quite right in the tray.

If you look carefully, there is like a little plastic retaining clip in the tray.

Take your Sims out and see if they need to just sit flush with the tray more....as even a tiny bit out of place might be enough to stop the tray from going in place properly.
