Push Notifications

New Xperia 10 VI setup last weekend. I've become aware that Push Notifications aren't working on some Apps. All seems to be set-up correctly within each App, but some work and some don't. Any ideas?

(All worked previously on Xperia ZX1 Compact)

@Anonymous Thanks for replying, but unfortunately no help.

To clarify,

on some Apps, Push Notifications work fine

on some Apps, Push Notifications don't work at all

on some Apps, they work one day but not the next.

It's driving me mad. Do all Push Notifications work in the same way or do some Apps work differently? Trying to establish why some work and some don't. Is it likely to be a Setting on the device or in the individual Apps that is preventing some from working?

Is it possible that some devices (this one) aren't compatible with certain types of Push Notifications? Seems unlikely when an older device was.

Any help appreciated.

Hey @johowen6511 *Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all [number of apps] apps.

Find and tap the relevant app > Tap Notifications > Tap the switch beside Show notifications to turn the feature on.
*To clear app data
Find and tap [Settings] > [Apps].
Select an app or service, and then tap [Storage & cache] > [Clear storage] > [Delete].

*To clear app cache
Find and tap [Settings] > [Apps].
Select an app or service, and then tap [Storage & cache] > [Clear cache].
