Just got the Xperia 5. love the design and form factor!!

Can anyone help if I have an issue with my handset or is it just poor antennas on the handset?? Im only getting 1 bar of signal maybe 2. 4G is really bad and also 4G+ slow to load things. ive read that the signal DBS should be arround 88 dbs any lower should be a good signal. im currently getting 120 dbs. coverage/signal in London and outskirts and no network issues. if i compare my old handset in the same places im getting low 90s dbs and everything seems to load.

Im on 3, not had a problem before. My partner is on the same network.....same room/location on an iPhone and no signal issue. I'm struggling for 105 dbs at best....the iPhone 91dbs.

Even WiFi signal drops at lessor distance,

On which band are the two devices connected ?

If your Xperia is on the 2600 MHz bands and the iPhone on the 1800, it is normal that you have lower signal strength.

On Android you can use the NetMonster app to check that info, I don't know how you can on an iPhone though
