I recommend that you make sure you phone is not in STAMINA or Ultra STAMINA mode as this would disable the vibration function. You can turn it off if you to go: Settings &amp;gt; Power management &amp;gt; STAMINA mode / Ultra STAMINA mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is no difference I would recommend that you test the vibration function of your device in diagnostics. To do so, go to; Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Vibration. How the the phone behave in this test?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend that you reboot your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to check if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
