      <description>&lt;P&gt;My top speakers volume is really low even when i have the volume&amp;nbsp;on max.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;its really hard to hear someone that you're talking to on the phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

How does the speaker behave here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also recommend that you reboot your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if one of your downloaded apps may be causing this behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
