Wifi connection keeps dropping out

Hi,
Since the last software update I have had a lot of issues with WiFi dropping out. There are no problems with the WiFi itself as it works fine with other devices but not with my Z5 compact. If I restart my phone it connects for a few minutes then drops out again. I have tried forgetting and reconnecting to the router, restarting the router and changing the channel of the WiFi, none of which have helped. I never used to have any problems with WiFi.

have you tried to see if the problem is persistent while your device is in safe mode?

Mines exactly the same after update.
If you remove the sd card and restart it fixes it, but woth the sd card back in it happens again

Do you use Bluetooth? Try disabling it. Also if you have a dual band wifi router could you try to connect to the 5ghz band and checking if the issue persist?

Same problem here after last update. Bluetooth disabled dont help. Restart the Phone for selve the problem for a while. But WiFi drops out again. 2,4 ghz or 5 ghz same problem. This happend after last update.

Same her, airplane mode on and off seems to help. This is happening more and more often. I also notice that when wifi disconnects the wifi-calling icon is still shown.

Factory reset twice. This was not an issue on the previous build.

Current build: 32.3.A.0.378

Solved it. Just go in flight mode and back, and now my Phone har been stable on Wi-Fi since.

Setting the Airplane Mode on and off, is that a one time thing? Or do you have to do it everytime you change a wifi location?

I have been holding off upgrading to Nougat because of this reported problem. I have a Bell Canada Z5 Premium. Do all Z5's have this problem, or is it by carrier or specific model type of phone?

So far I've found I've only needed to do it the once, that was a couple of days ago so not sure how much of a long term solution it is.
I've got the Z5 compact

So, does that mean that you no longer have to set Airplane Mode on/off after each wifi location change?

Sometimes the Wi-Fi connection is disconnected, while Wi-Fi is on.. Later, when the Wi-Fi is turned off and on, the problem is solved! Maybe this problem is caused by my internet connection.. I'm not exactly sure about this. I guess this problem did not exist before 32.3.A.2.33 update... It may be difficult to find a solution to this problem, Could be because of me. I'm telling you again, I'm not quite sure! I would appreciate it if you forwarded this matter to the authorities. Sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand me.
