Phone keeps restarting randomly.

It started randomly yesterday when it just rebooting then would work for a couple minutes then would reboot again and would either, refuse to turn on or turn on put never get past the Verizon logo. It can stay on longer if I keep it on the charger but when I take it off it will start the process all over again. The battery life stays perfectly fine throughout this too.

Now I've noticed that it will reboot if I just tap the back side of the phone.

Hi @RyanS,

I'm sorry to hear this.

This does sound to be hardware related but there are a few things I would recommend that you try. First temporarily remove your SD and SIM card from your device to see if they may be the cause of this behavior.

I'd also recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, this is to rule out that anything software related is causing this behavior.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
