topic Interviewer does not hear me or does not hear well in Z Series

Has changed the case and a back cover, after that the interlocutor does not hear me. The microphone works, everything is audible on the recorder and the voice messages are good, loud, through whats app all is well, they hear me. But when I talk to gsm, I can not hear. What could be the reason? In the transmitting antenna?
