Outgoing calls hanging

My Sony z5dual after upgrading to nougat. Outgoing calls oftenly hanging. Only after restart outgoing calls are going. Really I am suffering through this problem. Please tell me the solution .

You can strat troubleshooting by clearing the cache of your Phone app (bear in mind that this might erase your call log, perform a backup using Xperia Companion before proceeding):

Go to Settings -> Apps -> Phone -> Force stop, then tap on Storage -> Clear data, then restart your phone.
