      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reboot problem such as No command in Xperia Z5 Sony mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Solution: The Sony battery is not removable. So, &amp;nbsp;keep away until the battery power will getting low and it will become shutdown. Then recharge the battery and turn on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/989555"&gt;@XperiaZ52&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not quite sure I understand your question, but if you are asking for a way to power off your device when it's not&amp;nbsp;responding you can do so in two ways.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold volume up and the on/off button&amp;nbsp;simultaneously for at least 10 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold the dedicated off button (number 2 on the picture bellow) located next to the SIM-card for at least 10 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="ILL-14SE-FORCE-SHUTDOWN-low" style="width: 170px;"&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/36672i57581209D8DD6ECB/image-size/large?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=999" title="ILL-14SE-FORCE-SHUTDOWN-low" alt="ILL-14SE-FORCE-SHUTDOWN-low" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if this helps or please elaborate further what you need assistance with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,Emil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Sometimes it happens strange thing on my Z5, as normal working all right (navigating, Playstore, YouTube, whatever), suddenly stops responding the screen, a few seconds later, the screen turns black and turns on a red notification light, then boot the phone as if it was off. When it boot at all, the battery is 20% less than it was before. This happens not frequent but it bothers me. Actually it has android nougat .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I asked to support and she/he said that I need repair the device with XPERIA COMPANION, but seems it doesn't work....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
