An easy way to see if the phone recognizes&nbsp;them is starting up the FM radio application &gt; connect your headphones/headset and see if you still see the message that you should connect a pair of headphones.<BR /><BR />If there is no change, try resetting the Smart Connect application&nbsp;in your phone. To do that go to Settings &gt; Apps &gt; Smart Connect &gt; Clear data &gt; OK.
