An easy way to see if the phone recognizes&amp;nbsp;them is starting up the FM radio application &amp;gt; connect your headphones/headset and see if you still see the message that you should connect a pair of headphones.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is no change, try resetting the Smart Connect application&amp;nbsp;in your phone. To do that go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Smart Connect &amp;gt; Clear data &amp;gt; OK. Once this has been done, restart your device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
