When you have received three vibrations, release the button and the phone will power off > start it up again.

Should you experience the same behaviour still, your phone will need to be examined at an authorized service centre. Your Local support team will arrange a repair for you so get in touch with them!

Let me know how it went!

Hi! I would like some help. I left my Xperia Z5 charging and when I tried to use it in the morning. Suddenly all the brightness disappeared, I can see that the phone is on but the brightness is in the minimum. I restarted the phone and it continued in the same way so I deleted everything and installed the software that comes in Sony companion but the problem continues. Do you know if this could be something more than the software?
