topic Music problems in Z Series

So just earlier, my music was working perfectly. No pauses, changes of the songs by itself, volume never changed or anything. But just earlier when I went to play a song, it just paused by itself, less than 20 seconds into playing. I never got off the music app nor was my screen wet. It did that with 3 songs until I decided to just restart my phone and try again. It stopped pausing for a few more songs, then just now it did it again when the song I had playing had maybe 50 seconds left to finish. Can anyone tell me what might be the problem, or how can I fix it?

Hi @JanCabana, I am sorry to hear about that.

Have you had the chance to try clearing the app data for the Music app, to see if that helps? In order to do so, go to Settings > Apps > Swipe right until you reach "All" > Music > Clear data. Once you've done so, could you try playing back media in the Music app again to see if the behaviour still occurs?

If it persists, could you try to see if it also happens while in safe mode? This way you can try to see if there's an third party app causing it, as these are temporarily deactivated during safe mode.

Let me know how it went!
