Keyboard problems when typing 'i', 'j' or 'n'

Hi,

I have been experiencing some keyboard issues. When typing the 'i', 'j' or 'n' (which are all underneath each other) it gives me the letters left and right of these ones. I already did the Free Drawing Test on the phone, which also appears to have a problem in this area.

Can I fix this by myself or do I have to send in my phone? Please help because this is very frustrating.

Hi @Annikavanleeuwen, I'm sorry to hear this.

You can try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion but if that doesn't help you should get in touch with your Local support team. They can assist you with having your device sent to an authorised service center for examination and repair.
