Sony Xperia z3+ MXTP problem

i have a problem in my device regarding this "sony xperia protected" i tried to authenticate several time and restart for several time also but its showing "error were sorry but there was a problem signing you in please try again by switching on my xperia" that the message alway showing. i don't know how to fix my problem. im using my device for normal everyday usage and light gaming. and also im using latest version of android os. i hope you can help me in my problem. thank very much

Hi @xystler, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about this. If you are unable to bypass the MXTP then I recommend you contact your Local support team.

i tried to reformat my device but still the problem is there and also the language is now japanese. maybe i do really need to go to service center for sony..

MXTP can not be removed by reformatting the device, it can only be removed with the correct login or from a service centre.
