topic Display working good, Touchscreen doesnt at all in Z Series

I had my phone in my pocket and when i got it out after a ride, i saw that the screen was broken. Best guess is too much tension was applied to it, but it could be anything. The problem is that although the display works fine (I can see everything just like before) the touch doesnt. What could be the problem ? The broken glass or the Touch Digitiser ?
